Kiln-dried Iroko is used throughout the Eagle range. Posts and panels are machined to the highest standards and all sorts of frame sizes are available to accommodate the zinc panels. Dark or Golden Oak stains are stock finishes used. Eagle’s timber is acquired from sustainable sources, and certified.
The deep-etched zinc plate is ideal to portray detail such as a tee-to-green diagram of the hole (7D). Every detail is clear, enhancing both the impression of individuality, and a player’s perception of your club’s care and attention to detail.

Posts can be bought in various sizes, depending on the amount of information to portray. Experience tells us that although superficially a simple design, using the best materials achieves longevity and an impression of lasting quality.
Choosing the right timber is essential for any post over 100mm thick. We carry a huge stock of Balau posts, all finished to the highest standards. Balau is renowned for a durability that stands the test of time.
The zinc or bronze panel is recessed into the post. A two-part ground sleeve (9I) allows for the post to be removed for ease of maintenance and guarantees the post is truly vertical.

For a low-lying timber option we offer a resin log (8A) that is virtually indistinguishable from real timber. The finish shows a fine grain of natural hardwood.
