Sponsorship at golf clubs can sometimes be a contentious issue. The sponsor wants to create a quality impression and get value, but the members do not want advertising cluttering the course.

The composite tee sign or measured mark is the more likely sponsorship vehicle, because all players will pass and look at these signs during their round. An additional plate can be added to the twin post systems (24A), single post (25B), or to a boulder (27J) or monolith (27F).
Alternatively a large information sign displaying a course map (25C, 25F) is another sponsorship opportunity.

If required the sponsor details can be added to the golf plate (27E) – this alleviates the need for an additional plate. This reduces the overall cost.

The zinc-etched plate allows for any corporate logo to be reproduced, ensuring the sponsor’s identity is portrayed both effectively and correctly.

Once the club has negotiated and agreed the sponsorship, we will liaise with the sponsors and proof both club and corporate client to final approval.

Members often support this idea by buying the sign themselves and placing their name or their companies’ names to the plate.
